Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
- Inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs
- Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements
- Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers
- Check on the progress of services to vehicles throughout the day, and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery, or recommended services
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs following manufacturer warranty guidelines
- Confirm service appointments by telephone the day before the scheduled appointment, and conduct post-repair follow up
Qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Have a broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Be familiar with computers and the internet
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Be professional and dependable
- Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Be legally authorized to work in the US

Rental Coordinator
Shepard Select has such a high demand for rental vehicles we have decided to add another team member to help assist our customers. Skills needed include: being able to multitask and keep track of all units in fleet, attention to detail filling out paperwork, customer service oriented, willing to learn and utilize software. Willing to assist Service Appointment Coordinator to help with incoming calls to schedule customer appointments or assist them with their service needs. We look forward to hearing from you.
Responsibilities:
- Handles the day-to-day operations of the rental department
- Coordinating vehicles being cleaned
- Maintaining registrations and insurance for vehicles
- Increasing sales volume
- Accepting payments
- Maintaining reports to show activity of each vehicle
- Manage rental inventory, including tracking availability, maintenance, and repairs
- Coordinate with customers to schedule and fulfill rental orders
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, reservations, and returns
- Develop and implement strategies to increase rental revenue and customer satisfaction
- Monitor rental trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and generate reports as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize cross-selling opportunities
Skills Needed:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and customer transactions
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and by themselves
- Knowledge of rental industry practices, products, and regulations is a plus
This person will also support the Appointment Coordinator by:
- Take incoming phone calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Other duties as necessary
Schedule: M-F 40 hours
Pay range: $18-$22 depending on experience

Parts Associate
Responsibilities:
We like keeping customers and the community safe on the road. Our shop maintains, diagnosis and repairs vehicles as needed. The parts professional is responsible for supporting the technicians in researching and supplying parts as needed as well as handling incoming customer phone calls and customer parts sales.
Things you’ll be expected to do:
- Researching and supplying parts to technicians and customers.
- Handling incoming customer phone calls and parts requests
- Helping maintain parts inventory
- Maintaining awareness of factory updates and parts supersessions
- Billing parts to repair orders and invoices
Things we are looking for:
- Previous Experience desired
- Strong Communication Skills
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanics or desire to learn
- Fluent computer and typing skills

- Service, clean, and supply restrooms daily
- Clean building floors/stairs and offices by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- Wipe down and sanitize countertops, tables, cubicle partitions, and other hard surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Care for equipment and supplies, including changing filters and belts on vacuums, cleaning equipment basins, etc.
- Maintain an inventory and requisition of supplies
- General upkeep of building systems
- Follow proper methods and safe use of materials and equipment, and all safety regulations and policies
- Other duties as assigned

- Handy, able to accomplish light/general building and systems repair work
- Understand and carry out oral and written instructions specified in English
